How big is this event? 

We’re expecting around 180 guests. 

Is it indoors or outdoors?

The program, lunch, and vendor market will all take place indoors. An outdoor courtyard will be accessible during breaks.

What should I wear?

Dress code is casual or athletic. If you are planning on attending an exercise session, dress in gym clothing.

We encourage layers and comfort!

Where should I park?

Free outdoor parking is available at the DoubleTree Hotel.

Will there be food?

Absolutely! Breakfast will be available from 8:45 to 9:15 AM, followed by a mid-morning coffee and water break.

Buffet lunch is at noon.

After lunch, there will be an additional coffee-and-healthy-snack break during the vendor market. 

What will be served for lunch?

Guests will enjoy a buffet lunch, with options to accommodate all dietary preferences.
